About The Position

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist you’ll be part of a global HR team in one of the fastest-growing startups in Israel. You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialists and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identify top talent and support various aspects of the recruitment process. This includes developing and executing creative strategies to source talent through creative channels, building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

 


Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership for achieving your top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion percentages, and hires to help the team achieve our collective hiring goals
  • Working with Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers to understand hiring needs and identify top talent profiles.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to engage with active/passive candidates and build top of funnel talent pipelines.
  • Leverage effective sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, referrals, events and sourcing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the impact of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed.
  • Ensure a world class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process ensuring positive experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar in a high-growth global tech startup company.
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
  • High-level expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing and automation tools, sites and code repositories, and groups and discussion forums
  • Proven experience in identifying top candidates for R&D/ Product/ Analytics/CSM roles while maintaining deep relationships with potential candidates
  • Experience working with Comeet ATS – preferred but not required.
  • Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative, friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive, and can-do approach.
