Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – EMEA & APAC

About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist – EMEA , you’ll be part of a global HR team in one of the fastest-growing startups in Israel. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, identify top talent and support various aspects of the recruitment process. This includes developing and executing creative strategies to source talent through creative channels, building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.


  • Hire end-to-end for our EMEA region team
  • Work closely with hiring managers, become their trusted recruitment partner, provide guidance and help them build excellent teams.
  • Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents
  • Data-driven recruiting – discovery of meaningful patterns in our data to support decision making related to recruitment and onboarding processes, activities, and outcomes
  • Conduct HR interviews



  • At least 3 years of experience recruiting E2E positions for EMEA region in tech companies.
  • Proven experience in identifying top candidates for various roles while maintaining deep relationships with potential candidates.
  • Proven experience in HR interviews.
  • Excellent English both verbal and written – must
  • High-level expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing and automation tools, sites and code repositories, and groups and discussion forums
  • Experience working with Comeet ATS – preferred but not required.
  • Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative, friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive, and can-do approach.
