About The Position

Gloat, an innovative fast-growing startup in the HR tech field is seeking a Senior Product Designer to play an instrumental role in empowering Gloat’s growth for success! You will join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work with cross-functional teams, and build breakthrough products that revolutionize the way people work. About the role As a Product Designer you will join a team of product designers passionate about creating the best and most delightful experiences that transform the way people work in the largest companies in the world.


Lead a complex product with full ownership over the product design process.

Partner with product designers, product managers, engineers and researchers to drive a product from conception until launch

Develop product requirements and concepts into wireframes and designs

Design flows and experiences that are functional, delightful and simple

Collaborate with the design team to build Gloat’s Product Design vision and roadmap.

Contribute to defining and building Gloat’s design system



5+ years demonstrated experience with end-to-end (UX and UI) product design in a product company. Advantage- Animation and advanced HTML prototypes

Experience working in agile with cross-functional teams (squads) to effectively build products from concept through launch

Experience in market and user research through qualitative and quantitative measures. Savvy on Data to inform the success of products

Proficiency in design tools .e.g. Sketch, Zeplin, Principle, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design tools

Passion and curiosity to learn and adapt to a startup dynamic environment

A team player with a “we can move this mountain” mindset.

Excellent communication skills and able to align people around a vision.

Self motivated and owner.
