We’re looking for an experienced B2B product marketer to lead commercialization of Gloat’s products and bring our product story to life in high-impact ways. To succeed in your role, you will become the expert on both Gloat’s buyer persona and our products, and masterfully connect the two into the most effective messaging, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.
The ideal candidate will enter the role with extensive experience in enterprise B2B product marketing, a proven track record of successful B2B product go-to-market launches, a deep understanding and appreciation of the HR buyer, and experience building out and leading a product marketing function within a fast-growing organization.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role reporting into the VP Global Marketing. In the role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the product, both internally and externally, and work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver business-driving go-to-market initiatives.
