About The Position

Gloat’s latest enterprise-focused product, an Internal Talent Marketplace, is gaining tremendous success worldwide, taking the company to new heights. We’re looking for an A-list designer with a can-do attitude to distill the brand’s visual identity and contribute to our marketing efforts. The Marketing Designer will design marketing assets like landing pages, banners, guides, white papers, blogs, and more, working closely with marketing and sales. When real-world is on again, you’ll also design physical assets like branded booths, and will occasioanlly produce employer-branding swag. The ideal candidate is a creative, fully independent, visionary designer. At the same time, you’re not afraid of getting your hands dirty and lead all-things brand & marketing design within a company on the rise. You’re excited about the opportunity to bring your unique point of view, execution, and ownership to the table.

Responsibilities

Design all digital marketing assets like the company’s website and social pages, landing pages, banners, guides, white papers, case studies, blogs, and emails

Work closely with marketing content and campaigns professionals

Be in charge of the visual design for print, such as branded booths for conventions, swag, business cards, and employer branding

Maintain strategic visual stages and ensure they are up-to-date and follow the brand guidelines’

Co-define and develop Gloat’s illustrative style to be consistent with the brand values

Act as a brand leader in the company and ensure your visual guidelines are implemented across each and every touchpoint

Requirements

3+ years of digital branding experience in a tech company or a studio providing services for tech companies

Diploma in Visual Communications studies (B.Des) from Bezalel, Shenkar, HIT, or an equivalent

A rich portfolio (a must!) demonstrating your talent as well as your thinking and design processes

Experience in creating and optimizing digital marketing assets for lead generation purposes

Ability to distill values out of a product/ company and translate them into compelling visuals

Experience in illustration for digital products, and ability to develop our current illustrative style – an advantage

Experience in video editing – an advantage
