  • Act as the HR business partner for all of Gloat’s North American teams as we continue our rapid organizational growth.
  • Be part of the global HR team – Understand the business priorities and translate them into an HR strategy.
  • Manage and lead HR processes and best practices – HC, budgets, hiring, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, promotions, comp&ben, HRIS etc.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Implement key strategic HR Processes, policies, procedures, and tools that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Proactively identify organizational needs and offer solutions to drive organizational and employees’ success including leading various OD activities
  • Support employee’s development and growth – coaching managers to support people building careers, identify training needs for teams and individuals, and drive talent management programs to help people navigate their career
  • Partner with other HR functions, finance, and legal to deploy and execute HR programs and strategies.
  • Drive our efforts around Diversity and Inclusion
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.


  • 8+ years of previous experience in growing an HR department.
  • Experience as a manager of at least one employee.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding and creativity in the use of technology to enable business improvements.
  • Experience with data, analysis, trends and reports.
  • Passionate about people, innovative HR solutions and process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, coaching, and people skills
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence.
