About The Position

Our AM team is creating valuable partnerships and making a real impact on our customers’ recruitment and hiring processes. You are going to be a real trusted advisor for the recruitment teams and the hiring managers and be the owner of the entire process up to the successful hire

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding and maintain customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Lead the engagement process up to the hiring of the candidate.
  • Train and assist customers with the use of the platform.
  • Monitor and maximize processes leading to successful hires.
  • Work closely with Hi-tech companies – recruitment teams and hiring managers from leading cutting-edge high-tech startups in the market. 

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in tech recruiting, from a placement company, OS or software company.
  • Able to manage Israeli customers in companies of various sizes and provide a high level of professional service.
  • Business-oriented perspective and sales capabilities.
